Amazing Poster For Uncle Boonmee...

[src]
I don't want to become one of those people who just posts posters, but here I am. This is an incredible one. It's as "bizarre" (as said before) as the film is said to be. If I can get this poster framed, I will. For those who don't know, this is for "Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives" by Apichatpong Weerasethakul, winner of the 2010 Palme d'Or, easily one of the films I want to see the most in the coming months.

The film raises a certain curiosity and expecteation because of the intriguing title, and ofcourse, it's accolades. The poster leaves me clueless.

Yes, but still... That's what makes it extraordinary. I want to see it now extremely. It's the most nonconventional poster art that has ever appeared on a Weerasethakul film, and that's what I enjoy. Someone I know speculates that he drew it himself, which would be amazing.

As a guess, uncle's past incarnations are being depicted.

That's a valid guess, and probably correct.

I agree, this poster is amazing! Where did you get it from? I've searched high and low (well I've done a fair bit of googling) to find a copy, any ideas where I can get one?

Ed - I really don't know either. I found the image on Weerasethakul's website Kick the Machine, but I don't know where one can purchase a physical copy of this particular poster. Other versions are available on Amazon, but this one is elusive.
